Arta Capital agreed to acquire Grupo Preving, which provides occupational health and safety services, from Corpfin Capital. Arta Capital acquired a majority stake in Grupo Preving, while Corpfin Capital and the management team maintain a minority stake. Financial terms were not disclosed.
