EQT Partners completed the acquisition of Inexio Beteiligungs, a provider of fiber-optic internet access from Warburg Pincus, Deutsche Beteiligungs, the founders and several minority investors for $1.1bn. “We are excited to welcome EQT as our new partner for the next chapter of iInexio’s development.
