Cerberus completed the acquisition of Closure Systems International from Reynolds Group.

Cerberus Capital Management, an alternative investment firm, completed the acquisition of the North American, Costa Rican, and Japanese businesses and related facilities of Closure Systems International, a provider of closure design, manufacturing, and high-speed application systems, from Reynolds Group.
