OpSec Security completed the acquisition of MarkMonitor Brand Protection business from Clarivate.

OpSec Security, an Investcorp portfolio company, and a provider of anti-counterfeiting and brand protection solutions, completed the acquisition of MarkMonitor Brand Protection, an anti-piracy and antifraud business, from Clarivate, a provider of trusted insights and analytics. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition now closed, we can continue the process of creating the world’s top brand protection provider,” Richard Cremona, OpSec Security CEO.
