OpSec Security, an Investcorp portfolio company, and a provider of anti-counterfeiting and brand protection solutions, completed the acquisition of MarkMonitor Brand Protection, an anti-piracy and antifraud business, from Clarivate, a provider of trusted insights and analytics.
