Inflexion, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Aspen Pumps, a manufacturer of specialist pumps, from 3i Group, an international investor focused on private equity, infrastructure, and debt management, for £208m ($277m). "Aspen Pumps is a world-leading business led by an extremely experienced and highly capable management team.
