Latecoere to acquire Bombardier’s Electrical Wiring Interconnection System business for $50m.

Latecoere, a French aeronautics company, agreed to acquire electrical wiring interconnection system business of Bombardier, a global company in the transportation industry, creating innovative and game-changing planes and trains, for $50m. “This acquisition reflects our willingness to emerge as a leading player in the global consolidation movement in the aeronautics sector.
