FB Financial completed the merger with Franklin Financial Network in a $611m deal.

FB Financial, a bank holding company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, completed the merger with Franklin Financial Network, a financial holding company headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, in a $619m deal.
