Vectra, the second largest Polish cable operator, completed the acquisition of Multimedia Polska, the biggest CaTV provider in Poland, for $697m. "The implementation of the transaction allows us a much larger scale of activities – access to a wide customer base and the potential of one of the best and largest fixed telecommunications infrastructures in Poland.
