Accel-KKR to acquire Pegasus.

Accel-KKR, a Silicon Valley technology-focused investment firm, agreed to acquire Pegasus, the leading workforce competency management system. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With employment growth worldwide coming from external workforces, Pegasus is well positioned to grow its well-established worker networks.
