KCE to acquire CTL-TH Packaging from Juan Celaya.

Kaizaharra Corporación Empresarial, a Spain-based investment firm, agreed to acquire CTL-TH Packaging, a provider of packaging solutions, from Juan Celaya. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We want to welcome KCE as a new shareholder that joins our company. We will add their long-standing experience in business to our commitment to offer the best packaging solutions. After 55 years, we open a new chapter in which we will continue working hard to lead the sector, focusing on customer-centric management excellence,” Imanol Sanchez, CTL-TH Packaging CEO.
