Coles completed the acquisition of Jewel Fine Foods.

Coles Group, an Australian retailer, completed the acquisition of Jewel Fine Foods, a manufacturer of chilled ready-to-eat meals. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Jewel’s Sydney-based manufacturing plant boosts our food production capability,” Coles spokesperson. As part of the integration, Jewel Fine Foods will be integrated into the Chef Fresh division.
