TPG Capital-backed CollabNet VersionOne, a platform provider for Agile planning, DevOps, and Value Stream Management, and XebiaLabs, an independent software company, completed the acquisition of Arxan Technologies, a provider of application protection solutions, from TA Associates, a private equity company, to form Digital.ai.
