Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Europe, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of SiPM, a provider of high-impact e-learning solutions for blue-chip corporations worldwide, from Fin Co, a provider of accounting, bookkeeping and related auditing services.
