Dallmann’s Pharma completed the acquisition of Bubchen from Galderma for $20m.

Dallmann’s Pharma, a company of Katjes International, which manufactures and sells confectionery products, completed the acquisition of Bubchen, a recognized skincare brand in Germany, from Galderma, an independent global dermatology company, for $20m. “I am delighted we have identified the right partner to take over the Bübchen business. It brings a new German home with the right focus for the much-loved Bübchen brand and for the passionate teams behind it, where it will continue to thrive into the future,” Flemming Orsnkov, Galderma CEO.
