Dallmann’s Pharma, a company of Katjes International, which manufactures and sells confectionery products, completed the acquisition of Bubchen, a recognized skincare brand in Germany, from Galderma, an independent global dermatology company, for $20m. “I am delighted we have identified the right partner to take over the Bübchen business.
