Carrefour completed the acquisition of Wellcome Taiwan from Dairy Farm for $108m.

Carrefour, a French multinational corporation specialized in retail, completed the acquisition of Wellcome Taiwan, a supermarket chain, from Dairy Farm, a Hong Kong retail company, for $108m. “We have complete confidence in the future success of the business and believe, by bringing these businesses together, we have created a strong future for the team and a better shopping experience for our customers,” Laurent Piazza, Wellcome Taiwan Managing Director.
