3i-backed Evernex completed the acquisition of Technogroup from Vitruvian Partners.

3i-backed Evernex, a global international provider of third-party maintenance services for data centre infrastructure, completed the acquisition of Technogroup, an IT service provider for hard- and software in data centres, from private equity firm Vitruvian Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the acquisition of Technogroup, Evernex reinforces its status as a successful consolidation platform. This is already the second acquisition since October 2019 following Storex in South Africa four months ago," Rémi Carnimolla, 3i France Partner.
