PNM Holding completed the acquisition of Ab Chipsters Food from Martin & Servera.

PNM Holding, a fish products importers and wholesalers, completed its acquisition of Ab Chipsters Food, the Åland wholesaler, from Martin & Servera, a Sweden's wholesaler and supplier to restaurants. Financial terms were not disclosed. ”It feels good to know that such a solid, long-term owner shareholder is interested in Chipsters. It’s an exciting move which will help us on the way to becoming the leading fresh produce wholesaler in Finland,” says Timo Vetriö, Chipsters CEO.
