PNM Holding, a fish products importers and wholesalers, completed its acquisition of Ab Chipsters Food, the Åland wholesaler, from Martin & Servera, a Sweden's wholesaler and supplier to restaurants. Financial terms were not disclosed. ”It feels good to know that such a solid, long-term owner shareholder is interested in Chipsters.
