Zeitfracht, a Berlin logistics concern, completed the acquisition of First Wise Media and Speedlink manufacturer Jöllenbeck. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The business activities of both perfectly match those of KNV Zeitfracht in media logistics. We hope that this combination will result in significant synergies.
