Gi Group completed the acquisition of CareerArc Group from Kinderhook Industries and PeakEquity Partners.

Gi Group, Italy’s largest multinational employment company, completed the acquisition of CareerArc Group, an outplacement firm, from private equity firms Kinderhook Industries and PeakEquity Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, the Italian group is strengthening its presence in the career transition and development service sector, a segment in which it is the Italian leader, with the Intoo brand, and among the top four companies in the United Kingdom.
