Patricia Industries-backed Sarnova to acquire Digitech and R1 RCM.

Patricia Industries-backed Sarnova, a specialty distributor of healthcare products, agreed to acquire Digitech, a provider of advanced billing and technology services, and R1 RCM, a provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
