Taishin to acquire Prudential of Taiwan from Prudential Financial for $289m.

Taishin Financial Holding, a financial holding company, agreed to acquire Prudential of Taiwan from Prudential Financial, a financial services company, for $289m. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals. On Jine 1, 2021, Taishin gains conditional approval for $289m purchase of Taiwan Prudential unit.
