Arch Capital Group completed the acquisition of Watford Holdings for $700m.

Arch Capital Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Watford Holdings, a property and casualty insurance and reinsurance company, for $700m. Warburg Pincus and Kelso & Co invested in the transaction. “We are excited to complete this transaction, which will now allow our partners and Arch to move forward with the next chapter for Watford.
