Teleperformance completed the acquisition of Health Advocate business of Intrado for $690m.

Teleperformance, an omnichannel company headquartered in France, completed the acquisition of Health Advocate business of Intrado, a provider of technology-enabled services, for $690m. "Teleperformance’s focus on personalized customer experience and innovation aligns closely with Health Advocate’s nearly identical priorities.
