GIA Informatik completed the acquisition of Avectris from Axpo, EKZ and AEW for $150m.

GIA Informatik, an IT consulting services provider, completed the acquisition of Avectris, an IT service provider, from energy companies, Axpo, EKZ and AEW, for $150m. "GIA Informatik and our enterprises complement each other perfectly.
