Vestas to acquire a 25% in Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners for $223m.

Vestas, a developer, manufacturer, and distributor of wind turbines that generate electricity, agreed to acquire a 25% in Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, a fund manager, for $223m. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2021. With the investment, Vestas seeks to create value across a wider range of the renewable value chain.
