Catacap Management completed the acquisition of a 66% stake in Luxplus.

Catacap Management, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 66% stake in Luxplus, an e-commerce retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. CataCap will work together with Luxplus to further strengthen the membership club’s position in the Nordics and make it a market leader in even more European countries.
