NPM Capital completed the acquisition of Futurewhiz from LLCP.

NPM Capital, a Dutch investment company, completed the acquisition of Futurewhiz, a consumer education company, from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "LLCP's investment in Futurewhiz has been extremely successful for the company and all of its stakeholders. We supported the company's execution of two transformational acquisitions, adding new products and expanding into new end markets and geographies.
