NPM Capital, a Dutch investment company, completed the acquisition of Futurewhiz, a consumer education company, from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "LLCP's investment in Futurewhiz has been extremely successful for the company and all of its stakeholders.
