Alma Media Group, a digital service business and media company, agreed to acquire the remaining 35% stake in Alma Mediapartners, a digital solutions firm, from Arena Partners, a classified advertisements provider, for €53m ($65m). Simplifying the ownership structure will support the development of Alma Media’s marketplace business related to housing and cars in line with the strategy.
