Clearlake Capital to invest in Web.com Group.

Clearlake Capital is set to invest in Web.com Group, a platform that enables businesses to establish, maintain, promote, and optimize their online presence. Siris Capital Group, a private equity firm that invests in mission-critical, mature tech & telecom businesses at strategic crossroads, will remain significant equityholder. On February 10, 2021, Clearlake announced the formation of Newfold Digital through the combination of Endurance Web Presence, a provider of web hosting and domain name registration solutions, and Web.com.
