Clearlake Capital is set to invest in Web.com Group, a platform that enables businesses to establish, maintain, promote, and optimize their online presence. Siris Capital Group, a private equity firm that invests in mission-critical, mature tech & telecom businesses at strategic crossroads, will remain significant equityholder.
