United Overseas Group to acquire United Arab Chemical Carriers.

United Overseas Group, an investment company, agreed to acquire United Arab Chemical Carriers, a private oil tanker shipping company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Transaction is conditioned on, among other things, receipt of shareholder and regulatory approval and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021.
