NCR completed the acquisition of Cardtronics for $2.5bn.

NCR, a global enterprise technology provider for the financial, retail and hospitality industries, completed the acquisition of Cardtronics, a non-bank ATM operator and service provider, for $2.5bn. Cardtronics terminated its previously announced acquisition agreement with Apollo Global Management and paid the termination fee of $32.6m. “We are pleased to reach today’s milestone and to be one step closer to combining our two outstanding companies.
