Nordic Capital completed the acquisition of ADVANZ PHARMA for $2bn.

Nordic Capital, a private equity investor, completed the acquisition of ADVANZ PHARMA, a specialty pharmaceutical company with a strategic focus on complex medicines in Europe, for $2bn. "This deal is fantastic news for ADVANZ PHARMA and our goal of becoming the go-to partner for complex medicines in Europe.
