Heimstaden Bostad to acquire three build-to-rent projects in Warsaw from Marvipol Development for $102m.

Heimstaden Bostad, a real estate owner and developer, agreed to acquire three build-to-rent projects in Warsaw from Marvipol Development, a Poland-based company engaged in the real-estate sector, for $102m. “We believe strongly in the development of the Polish economy and housing market in general, and Warsaw in particular, and are pleased to establish ourselves as a provider of quality homes in the Polish market,” Christian Fladeland, Heimstaden Co-CIO.
