Providence Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Node4 from Bowmark Capital.

Providence Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Node4, a provider of hybrid managed cloud and integrated IT solutions, from Bowmark Capital, a mid-market private equity firm.
