Blackstone and Atairos to invest in GeoComply.

Investment firms Blackstone Group and Atairos agreed to invest in GeoComply, a provider of geolocation and compliance technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. "GeoComply continues to innovate and provide its clients with a first-class, mission critical service.
