IWG completed the acquisition of Copernico.

IWG, a provider of serviced offices, through Regus Italia, its Italian subsidiary, completed the acquisition of Copernico, an operator in the business of flexible offices, business centers and co-working spaces. Financial terms were not disclosed. The operation is part of the increasingly widespread expansion of the IWG group network, which, with the addition of Copernicus' 14 co-working spaces and flexible offices to the network, brings the number of its centers in Italy to 84, doubling the surface of flexible workspaces managed.
