Meridian Adhesives Group, a full-service, global adhesive solution provider, agreed to acquire Pacific Adhesive Systems, a Malaysia-based company serving the electronics, semiconductor and medical markets with high-performance adhesive and coating solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Having joined Meridian Adhesives Group, we are now positioned to reach greater heights in innovative adhesive solutions.
