Meridian Adhesives Group to acquire Pacific Adhesive Systems.

Meridian Adhesives Group, a full-service, global adhesive solution provider, agreed to acquire Pacific Adhesive Systems, a Malaysia-based company serving the electronics, semiconductor and medical markets with high-performance adhesive and coating solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Having joined Meridian Adhesives Group, we are now positioned to reach greater heights in innovative adhesive solutions. With the backing of Meridian, we will be able to further support customers regardless of their location," David Lee, Pacific Adhesive Systems President.
