Yielder Group completed the acquisition of INTO Telecom & IT from Foreman Capital.

Yielder Group, a digital solutions provider, completed the acquisition of INTO Telecom & IT, an IT solutions provider, from Foreman Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “INTO is a great addition to our group, partly because of their extensive IT portfolio. We would like to broaden our strategy in the field of IT, within which we do not rule out further acquisitions. With INTO we are taking the next step in this.
