Hartree Partners completed the acquisition of Sprague Resources from Axel Johnson.

Hartree Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Sprague Resources, a supplier of energy products and related services, from Axel Johnson, an industrial group, for $290m. “This change in ownership marks a significant point in our history.
