Genesys completed the acquisition of Bold360 from LogMeIn.

Genesys, a provider of cloud customer experience and contact center solutions, completed the acquisition of Bold360, a computer software developer, from LogMeIn, a provider of software as a service and cloud-based remote work tools. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to welcome Bold360 to Genesys.
