Fonderie di Montorso completed the acquisition of Perucchini from Atos.

Fonderie di Montorso, the producer of high quality grey and ductile iron castings under sub-contract, completed the acquisition of Perucchini, the producer of complex components in cast iron and steel in shell molding technology, from Atos, a French multinational information technology service and consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Fonderia Perucchini, one of the leaders in shell casting, completes its entry into the Group's shell molding products which began in 2020 with the acquisition of Fonderia Scaranello and strengthens further the service offered to customers. Thanks to Perucchini, the Fonderie di Montorso Group becomes one of the few European companies able to offer the entire value chain in terms of melting processes and materials intended for the hydraulics and precision mechanics markets," Dario Ivaldi, Fonderie di Montorso Chairman.
