Farmae to acquire Amicafarmacia for $47m.

Farmae, an on-life health and wellness retailer in Italy, agreed to acquire Amicafarmacia, an online over-the-counter drugs, cosmetics and supplements seller, for $47m. "Together with a partner with whom we aim to grow in Italy and abroad.
