Koch Industries-backed Hexagon completed the acquisition of the EAM business of Infor for $2.7bn.

Koch Industries-backed Hexagon, a global provider of design, measurement and visualization technologies, completed the acquisition of the enterprise asset management business of Infor, a global software company, for $2.7bn.
