BTG Pactual to acquire a 57.9% stake in InfraCo from Oi for $2.46bn.

BTG Pactual, a Brazilian investment bank, agreed to acquire a 57.9% stake in InfraCo, a fiber optic business of Oi, a fixed telephone operator, for $2.46bn. Enel and Cinven-backed Ufinet Telecom also submitted a nonbinding offer to acquire InfraCo.
