Kartesia-backed Babcock Wanson, a designer and manufacturer of medium-sized industrial boilers, completed the acquisition of Steam Plant Engineering, a provider of steam boiler repair, installation, troubleshooting and inspection services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Joining a group like Babcock Wanson is a great opportunity to continue to develop the company as we have been doing since its inception.
